DCPIC Virtual Family Workshop and Show

Dear DCDSB Parents and Guardians,

The Durham Catholic Parent Involvement Committee (DCPIC) would like to invite families to a virtual workshop and show with Mad Science. This virtual event will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

About the Mad Science Fire & Ice Show
Audiences will be dazzled by our spectacular Fire & Ice Show! We will mesmerize children with our special ice that doesn’t melt. The properties of the dry ice will create a foggy dry ice storm, a shivering coin dance, and the “big burp”. We will heat things up with our paper that doesn’t burn, disappearing fire, and a finale that will leave audiences wanting more.

Families will have the opportunity to participate during the virtual workshop in a hands-on activity using household items.

This workshop is best suited for families with children in Grades 1-6. Parent/guardian involvement is highly recommended.
